• Whether you hold a Massachusetts 7D license, or are interested in training to obtain one
• Your availability, for example mornings, afternoons, or both

When you visit our website, it may also collect standard technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, through cookies or similar tools used by the website platform.

We use the information you submit only to:

• Contact you about driver employment opportunities with Nemo School Bus
• Evaluate your eligibility for a driver position, including license and training requirements
• Manage the hiring and training process if you move forward as a candidate

• Information submitted through Facebook or Instagram lead ads is transmitted to us through Meta's platforms and is also subject to Meta's own privacy policies.
• We may share information with service providers who help us operate our hiring process, only as needed for that purpose.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to comply with school district, state, or federal transportation and background-check requirements applicable to school transportation drivers, including CORI/SORI checks, with your authorization during the hiring process.

We keep applicant information for as long as needed to consider you for current and near-term openings, and then delete or anonymize it. If you would like your information removed sooner, contact us and we will delete it.

You may ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information and stop contacting you
